The client area regional NHS charity, raising funds to support their local NHS Trust to make a difference to patients, their families and staff. They wanted a new website to raise awareness of the charity, and ultimately increase online donations.
After making a successful grant application on behalf of the charity, they were awarded a free website build. Firstly, we created a website strategy which helped plan a sitemap based on key user profiles of donors, fundraisers, volunteers, Trusts and NHS staff. I worked closely with web developers to build a modern, clean, user-friendly site. I wrote all website copy, selected on-brand images to reflect the ethos of the charity, and created optimised web pages to improve the charity supporter experience.
