Marketing strategy and implementation to grow customer base for a small business

UK Startup Jobs is a job website that helps people find a job at a start up company. They wanted to grow their community of job seekers, with the ultimate goal of increasing the number of quality job applications for their customers. 

Working closely together, we started with a marketing audit including customer research to see how they could better serve the industry. Next, a marketing strategy and plan were developed, which included; changing the pricing model, creating a content strategy “Life working at…” series to become a trusted source of industry information, brand redesign, optimising website content and building Industry partnerships to reach new audiences.


Grew the job seeker community via newsletter signups from 6000 to 9000+ in 6 months.

Doubled the number of applications per job, which benefitted UK Startup Jobs customers, which in turn increased retention rates.

 Increased average monthly revenue by 30% within 6 months.
